Likewise, the pillar of Indian education system is the faculty community. We have a tradition and lineage of Gurus who consistently render their heart and soul for the betterment of student community and thereby contribute to the well being of mankind. To give a voice to the legacy of our guru lineage and to update them with the global practice of education facilitation we have designed Continuous Competency Enrichment Program for faculty members. The objective of CCEP is to create a platform where the faculty members can update their knowledge, skill and abilities with the latest trends as per the 21st century education practices.

Students
The CCEP for Students is designed exclusively for the college going students of our nation to provide them with a cutting edge breakthrough solution to excel in five key resultant areas such as attitude re-engineering, Effective communication, life skills for Engineers, Employability skills and aptitude so that the future engineers of our nation will have a holistic development to face the 21st century challenges that they will be facing in their personal, professional, social and spiritual facet of life.
CCEP for Students will offer year long programs to provide a perpetual follow up support for the students in equipping themselves with knowledge, skills and attitude required to shine successfully when they face the world on their own. The series of break-through programs is conceptualised with the deeper understanding about the demands of successful transition from education to employability. There will be pre and post assessment conducted for all the areas of focus. At the successful completion of the training three set of mock aptitude test, Group discussion and interview will be conducted along with a final mock interview.
