Mrs. Subha, a Passionate Facilitator and Resourceful Language Coach with relevant Industry experience for more than a decade. She feels proud in calling herself the “Facilitator for People with Purpose.” She is known for her unique approaches in effectively managing her audience and behaviour through her explicit questioning skills coupled with fun filled training action. She thrives to maintain the inquisitive mind of the participants alive that magnetize them towards transition and excellence. Effective communication skill to diverse audience is her strength. Pedagogical ability is an added virtue for designing modules that best suits the client’s needs. With a very strong foundation of schooling from St. Joseph of Cluny, Neyveli. She now holds a Masters in English literature and Bachelors in Education. She holds NLP Trainer Certification from a reputed NLP School of Excellence. She started her career as a Language and Technical skill Trainer in the field of medical transcription for individuals and groups. Her passion towards educational reformation and transformation drove her towards teaching Profession where she honed herself with language mastery, passion for facilitation, education for transformation and effective institutional leadership strategies.

Presently, as a powerful Woman Entrepreneur she aims at result driven training and development for Professionals across all sectors in behavioural and linguistic domain. She travels length and breadth to facilitate young minds from Corporate, Governmental bodies and Educational Institutions towards language and life skill mastery.

She got a substantial experience that profoundly impacts the performance through tailor made personnel training programme for the reformation and enhancement of the self as well the organization.

Education reformation is her Motto and she is currently into various Faculty Development Programmes for teaching faculties that would help them in enriching and empowering themselves with the 21st century facilitation skills and enriching students in communication and soft skills.
